Perhaps one of you has solved this problem. The fact that I have for some time begins to slow down the game when I come to the city. It lasts 8-10 seconds and then stops. I assume this is because the city or some settlement is being loaded. After these stutters (after the city is loaded) I can safely run on it and it will not lag.
