I'm actually pretty new with anamnesis, but I have done 3d modelling, rigging, and animation in the past. This pose was tricky though, the hips and shoulders especially. shoulders, elbows and fingers in anamnesis are usually very annoying because making them look smooth is painful, but you did pretty good on this pose.
